It won't pass. It's just some stupid congressman looking for attention/votes.

If Ohio is such sacred ground why do so many of them move away?

quote:

Yes, Ohio's population is shrinking and is projected to continue to decline:
The Ohio Department of Development projects that Ohio's population will decrease by 5.7%, or about 675,000 people, from 2020 to 2050.

Causes
The decline is due to a combination of factors, including:
Aging population, declining fertility rates, outward migration patterns.

This is Nick Saban behavior. You can't win so you try and change the rules.

My favorite government officials are the ones that do nothing. I wish we had 99 others just like him if he really does nothing.

People who say things like this don't understand economics or the cost of living.

I’d like to see the face of the state attorney that has to defend that against constitutional arguments.

That's soft, even for big ten pussies.

How about don't let a three touchdown dog kick your arse on your home field.

Probably has something to do with democrats controlling the state legislature for 136 consecutive years...

Agreed. He got tired of seeing one team dominate both on the field and recruiting trail so he cried until there was a playoff, NIL and lax portal rules to level the playing field.

Truly sad.
