I don't think Alabama and Ole Miss are entirely eliminated

They will be left out as they should be. Some other conference with 2 loss team will get in

All of the 3 loss teams are done but Bama. Not that Bama is better than Ole Miss of SC, but we all know why. That being said if Saban were still the coach I'd feel fairly confident that 9-3 Bama would be in, but if Saban was still the coach Bama wouldn't be 9-3 either. I think an 11-2 Tulane gets in over a 3 loss SEC team.

Ole Miss had plenty of talented and healthy players to blow Florida off the field, but they just didn't play very well. I'd say they played like shite.
Ole Miss couldn't make an open field tackle to save their lives, yet Florida couldn't miss one.
How many passes did the receivers drop?
Why did Dart start staring down all of his primary routes?
All of these things have the same answer. It was a big stage under bright lights and they were wound up tighter than an 8-day clock and too nervous about losing.
Alabama did exactly the same thing.
I think what Saban did better than anyone in the modern era was having his teams relaxed and confident on the biggest of stages. That is not an easy task and one in which Kiffin has repeatedly failed miserably.

As long as Milroe is the QB at Bama who cares. He doesn't deserve to go to the playoffs. Bamas season just needs to end and Milroe and his little posse need to leave. The Deboer era won;t fully start until Milroe is gone. The problem Saban left behind.
