between the 4th and 5 podcast with Ty and how bad we played this week.
I didn't get to see the game but from what I could tell from trying to follow and from buddies texting me it was uninspired and pathetic.

Just wonder if that divided the room even further.

Man I dunno...overall, Arkansas has been shitty at home this year. Outside of the Tennessee game it has been brutal. Even the Tennessee game was not that pretty when you see their offense a few weeks later.

UAB - We trailed for basically 30/60 minutes in that game. We tied it up with 1:03 left in the 2nd quarter. It was still a ball game with 6:55 left in the fourth, when UAB hit a FG to draw within 3.

LSU - arse beat 34-10
Ole Miss - arse raped 63-31
Texas - tFear

You really want an eye opener?

Arkansas is 1-5 in its last 6 SEC home games and have been outscored 214-87.

Holy shite

Average score 35.66 - 14.5

Yeah that's bad!

At the very least we need to revamp our home game pregame routine.

I had the same thought and suspect there probably was some effect. That kind of attitude rot isn't likely just isolated to the two tight ends that were kicked off the team.

It also sounds like the locker room talk was probably pretty bad for the players to just be removed in that manner. Likely a combination of athletes who are immature and entitled and coaches who aren't very good at coddling them. We had too many tight ends anyway and this is the predictable result.

Yeah....I suspect it had a big role to play in the team having no fire on Saturday. If one team is 'playing for their brothers' and the other team is in the middle of a locker room squabble the result would look something like 63-31.

That said...with the NIL induced problems from last year (leading to the same type collapse and transfers of Rocket Sanders and KJ Jefferson) and now this....it points to the fact that we don't have a coaching staff that is prepared to handle the tender kids in this atmosphere. While we aren't alone in that, some programs are doing a pretty good job of it.

Damn.

Yeah. That alone is fireable. You can't perform like that in front of your fans consistently.

He has a legit shot at 7 wins. Game plan for La Tech and bad Misery team.
Keep everyone healthy during the Texass massacre.

You can't fire him at that point.

With the way our team has played... we could beat the brakes off Texas and then turn around and lose by 40 to a stupendously average at best Missouri.

I don't fervently hate Pittman like some folks on here do... but I think he's hit his ceiling. Have HY blow the Waltons for a one time dip of cash and swing for the fences with a new coach.

Pittman would have us exactly where our season win total has been over the last 50 years

Yet when morris was coach folks said they’d love to have a coach who could get 7 wins. We don’t have a clue what we want……haha

If 7 wins is the goal we might as well shut it down

Compared to the Morris era, yes 7 wins was a lofty goal.

The names being floated aren't going to cause for expectations or excitement for any more than that.

Not sure when the 2 years of Morris became the baseline to judge a razorback football season

It was long enough to go from apathy to DGAF.

The Pittman hire was able to bring some back to apathy.

If we’re just worried about being better than Chad, just about any coach in the country can do that. Go get an up and comer for cheap and spend the rest on NIL

6.5 million and all we get is complaints about how we can’t afford Ole Miss level talent
