strength of their team, will be gone next year…and then the undisciplined style of play on defense will be executed by a far less-talented group.
And as I said many times, Marcel Reed was fools gold for aggie…elko knows he isn’t the answer and tried everything he could to get Conner to come around…sorry but with Moss out and probably gone next year, a very weak and favorable schedule this year, looks like Aggie fumbled away a golden opportunity.
The inability to grasp greatness is inherent in the aggie DNA…I’ve seen it in their football program, their engineering graduates….even their architects…they are all just meh

They ran into a buzz saw last night that literally everybody saw coming.
I was very surprised how well SC ran the ball on them.
Aggie is a solid team and Elko is a solid coach but they are flawed like every single other team with their quarterback situation.

It was a good nite…was hopeful a pitiful Kentucky team would pull one out against a terrible and almost as pitiful Tennessee team, but not bad

It always has been Marge, nothing has changed other than all the mouthing you aggies have been doing. Declaring yourselves the best there ever was, and all that spewing about Texas being over rated and pitiful.
The Longhorn team has plenty of motivation to bitchslap the little red headed step brother into next week. Aggy will get their comeuppance.

Despite all the false bravado you saw on the rant this week because the rant is mostly trolling, most realistic Aggies knew we have major issues on the offense. You shouldn’t be trying to figure out your starter and using two QBs this late in the season. It was obvious South Carolina was gonna come out with energy off their bye week and that we were “a top 10 team”.
Most of us predicted about 8-4 for the year and anything over that is a plus, we’ve got a really good shot at 9-3 with an outside shot at 10-2 since the longhorns are at home. I’ve still seen improvement in this team over the jimbo days and hope that continues next year and beyond.
To the OP, all of our d-line talent isn’t gone next year, that’s the one spot we’ve recruited at ridiculously well over the last several years. It will likely still be a strength of the team, we need major help in the secondary.

Just off the top of my head, Stewart, Turner, Scourton(sp), Regis, all are either seniors or draft eligible juniors who will have very favorable draft grades.

This is why aggie is such a joke…if you want to crow about beating LSU, good, you deserve it…if you want to crow about potentially beating Texas, ok go for it, but this whole “daddy aggie” and “big brother aggie” is the epitome of stupidity. It’s why no one takes you seriously…you aren’t anyone’s daddy in this conference, except maybe Arkansas…definitely not LSU
