Just got back.

Really really felt like this game this year felt more like it’s a rivalry than it has in a long time.

Florida fans and Georgia fans were both engaged. For the most part everyone had a lot of fun in the stands (though supposedly one Georgia fan absolutely got his arse arrested and looked like he had a broken nose).

The game itself was an emotional rollercoaster but other than the fricking shitty interceptions I think our guys held themselves well.

Nice weather. Was breezy.

Good time

Glad you had a great time. It was painful as frick to watch on TV tbh. It gave me a fricking migraine.

I have found the in person perspective versus watching on tv to be completely different. I might go back and watch the game and feel differently but 1. I felt like Florida made some great plays 2. There were so many pivotal plays throughout that my emotions were fricked with.

I have other thoughts more specifically about the offense I’ll share later this week but I think at this point I wouldn’t let games like this get you to down too much. It’s a touch sport and we just simply are not dominant

It honestly seemed somewhat dead on TV, especially after Lagway went down. UF fans were shellshocked because of the injury, and our fans couldn't figure out what was going on with Beck. It was a very weird game to watch.

I’ve been thinking of ways to sum up today and this is exactly what it was…

I can’t speak for the stadium as a whole. And I’m not saying this was the craziest Georgia Florida crowd of all time or anything. Where I was though, it was 50/50 Georgia Florida fans so lots of taunting and stuff back and forth.

Also, from Kirby

"That was a tough one guys. We didn't play our best game. I thought maybe the difference in the game obviously was in the second half. The difference in the game was our fans gave us some momentum, gave us some energy there,

I thought our crowd was great. Kirby thought our crowd was great.

How many Georgia games have you been to, if any?

... and if we play the next 2 like we played this one we'll lose both of them.

We won’t though… it’s just who we are.

Weather was nice…game was shite.

Offense took our crowd out of it in 4th.

Crowd was ok when it needed to be today.

Beck is betting on the game. It is like the most logical explanation to how bad he is after last year.

What is your purpose here? You seem more like an intentionally divisive cocksucker than an actual fan.

I was a student, lived in this state my entire life, and I've been to the WLOCP more than half the years I've been alive. Your condescending tone is obnoxious as frick.

Weird atmosphere at the game today, for sure. Early on, we saw an altercation next section over and some people got removed. Later, in our section, some loud mouth tool Gator fan, who was way old enough to know better, was trying to start a fight with what looked to be a roughly 75 year old UGA fan a few rows over from us. The old UGA fan went to talk to the cops but the Gator guy somehow didn’t get kicked out. The most entertaining situation, though, was Dawg fan in next section who nonchalantly turned his head and blew chunks all over the seats beside him. I didn’t know a body could hold that much liquid, the sheer volume of puke was pretty impressive. He then ate a hot dog bun and passed out, and fortunately had a girl to keep an eye on him. The clean up crew eventually came to sprinkle the puke clean up stuff and see if he was ok.
We definitely got our money’s worth today at the WLOCP.

This dumbass Georgia fan completely out of it dropped his phone kinda in a puddle of puke, then walked into the bathroom and dropped his shorts into the urinal

I guess I was watching a different game. Beck stunk the field up.

"we'll lose both of them...."

Uh, I heard alot of folks say this sort of thing before we played Texas. Good teams win, they find ways too even when folks doubt them, even their own fans.

For a lot of the first half, yeah. Turning point for the crowd was late in the first half when we starting calling timeouts to try to get the ball back, Kirby came out on the field and was visibly trying to get the crowd into it. Players were doing the same thing.

Crowd responded and they were all in from that point on. Honestly, my section after the botched field goal snap was one of the craziest environments I’ve been in in person.

Yes he did

I also noticed in the replay that we were trying different personnel over and over.

I am guessing Kirby was using this game as a way to brace for depth needed later

We were pushing our food around the plate

Same here! Weather was perfect, UGA crowd was fired up the entire game (even when we were losing), and Florida fans were actually into the game for a change. It was a fun game and we win by multiple touchdowns. I don’t think some of these fans remember or were even around during the Spurrier and Urban Liar days. These are the kind of games we lost in those days. Good game and I continue to marvel at the grit and determination of this year’s UGA team.
