For UF fans this splits pretty evenly into:

fan prior to the 90s: Georgia
fan 1990s or later: FSU

I think if FSU keeps sucking and Georgia stays pretty decent that will shift back.

Depends a lot on geography as well.

Where I'm at there are a lot more FSU fans and of course the 90s really made that a huge game.

Still tons of hate for UGA but its not as personal way down here.

On that note, the team I probably hate the most is Miami. I can't stand their fans, their program, their city, none of it. There is a bitterness there that is hard to describe.

Can't forget about the University of LSU either. Rivalry is better than Tenner by a longshot right now.

Miles..as in distance or magnitude?

Because by distance it is, but FSU is more hated.

Me personally, I hate Miami more than UGA. Even Tennessee too tbh.

I'm not a mindreader here and I am just guessing, but I'd estimate...

• under 25 – Georgia

• over 65 – Georgia

• everybody else – Florida State

FSU on average

Real old timers and young people would probably say Georgia is. But anyone who lived in Florida and watched college football in the 90s knows how exciting those intrastate games were and base their rivalries on that peak period of college football. To be fair though, the last two decades of this rivalry have kinda sucked. They haven't both been good at the same time and now both are plumbing the depths of suckitude.

But, intrastate rivalries are always better because you're far more likely to work with supporters of the rival team.

Both FSU and UGA are huge games.

The difference is ultimately FSU is in state and so it is a nudge above. Definitely the more intense, hate-filled of the two.

Canes fans are a bunch of turds when it comes to how fans behave.
FSU is a close second.
I have fun in Jacksonville so uga fans don't bother me much. I usually have a beer or a shot of whiskey with them.
University of LSU fans are okay but some of them take it too far.
