He has been trash since he first saw the field against Arkansas in 2022. Many of the same problems exist. It's not surprising in any way. What is surprising is how many people still defend him.

DeBoer should bench his 2 1/2 million dollar quarterback. There is more than one reason for this. He needs to show who is running the team. Have not looked good the last three weeks and a change is needed. It would get the locker rooms attention. He could simply say we are making this change for the long term success of the program. Saban finally benched Hurts under similar circumstances. Hurts ended up starting in the NFL and Milroe could too, but he is not helping this team right now.

If you have a good D line, run your secondary 10 yards off the ball, and send pressure, Milroe can’t do anything.

I think it’s time for a change, but it’s not happening. He will start the remainder of the regular season and Bama will finish 9-3 at best.

The thing that people always forget is that Simpson and Milroe have always been neck-and-neck.
They should really be 1a and 1b on the depth chart.
I'm not convinced that Simpson is some amazing QB, but holy shite, it can't be any worse than this. At least Simpson can get the team lined up and knows how to run the offense.

Yeah and anyone who said that prior to now was drunk and stupid. There are fans here who will still defend that trash qb.
