If LSU does their job against Arky, the game @A&M will mean something.

For the first time maybe ever?

LSU would be 3-0 in the SEC while A&M would be 4-0.

Most influential Tiger Aggy game I think since they joined. A lot of previous years were bogged down by Sabans dominance but LSU and A&M leading the SEC charge in October was not something I foresaw this year. .

And no , I didn't forget Texas. We'll know all we need to know this weekend. UGA is a tough out.

So, you're saying hope for an LSU and Georgia win this week to set up a showdown for SEC first place at aTm next week?

Gotcha.

LSU-Aggie for the drivers seat to the SEC Championship heading into November would be absolutely amazing! Especially considering that both teams lost Week 1.

Even better would be reading all the shitposting that would be coming from the other entitled SEC blowhards like the Gumps, Runts, Dawgs and Vols.

With the capper being an LSU win at Aggy, of course.

No matter how much you wish it were true, it's not.
We still place Tulane ahead of Aggie in terms of rivalries.

Don't flatter yourselves. You are definitely the third-place red-headed stepchild in line to be an LSU rival (behind Bama and Ole Piss). And you might even be behind Sunbelt Billie's Fightin GayTards in that regard.

Now, maybe we're AGGIE's biggest rival since you beat feet out of the B12 to escape BigBro, but never make the mistake of thinking LSU has you at the top of their hate list.

The Fighting Milkmen don't - and have never - garnered the sheer volume of hatred that Bama and OM get from the LSU faithful for many many decades - long before you were an afterthought dripping down your momma's thighs.

BigBro's solid. Why would we want to run away from him? He's one of the best Texas posters.

Don't start rationalizing the game now because you're scared of what will happen to you just like the last tigers team that walked into Kyle to play those Fightin Texas Aggies!

WHOOP!!!

So this is what Texas fans were talking about

A post like yours is why it is so hard to have a decent football discussion in a thread.

OP is 100% correct. Potential to be a lot on the line for both teams for the first time since we joined the SEC.

No Aggie would end their posts with WHOOP! That’s not how the word is used, to be blunt.

And he’s misused other attempts at A&M verbiage. Idiot.

Dang, forgot about them, so add them to the list behind OM, Bama, and maybe Florida (depends on how far back you want to go).

I could also make a case for Auburn, but I'd have to go back to the early 1900's for justification since they haven't really been a "rival" recently. More like an annoying neighbor that occasionally gets away with landscaping your yard when nobody is watching.
