re: Get ready for The Beau Show, baws

I feel like I've seen a lot of talking from Mizzou fans lately... they have a good program but that's about it lol
It is interesting, but it's also one year. I don't really expect anyone to take the SEC's football crown long term

Thanks. I would have never guessed that LSU has more bowl wins than Ohio St, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Notre Dame.

That's because a lot of those teams wins came back when they played with leather helmets
And ND’s schedule this year is about what it’s always been so…
Kelly made it to a national championship game and 2 four team playoffs with ND... let's pump the brakes
Yet the class is ranked right around where we would finish pre-NIL days

If it's only a knee sprain then that's huge for us! Best case scenario

No no, you actually think recruits are going to flip to BK because of that above statement correct?

I think he means BK knew some guys were likely to flip to LSU… which is why he made the comment about being in the natty
I hope he does eventually, but I saw him say something about wanting to play 2 more years before retiring

Perfect chance for the basketball team to pick up some more momentum and fan support. We shall see if they capitalize
Planning a trip in March and looking for a good spot!

I used to live right on the River Walk... Personally I think that's the best place to hang out. They have bars/restaurants, shopping, and even some history.
Other than that, I would check out the Pearl area or close to The Rim.

If you're a golfer then I highly recommend playing at the Quarry. Great course! Pretty unique as well

There’s definitely an “agenda” on CBK, they don’t like him at ALL

100%. I've seen 3 different articles about him yelling at players on the sideline. They act like it's a foreign concept for players to get yelled at... It happens every game with every team

Kyren Lacy, one of LSU's senior leaders was seen yelling at Kelly. Word is he was standing up for the rest of the team who were tired of Kelly berating them because his schemes weren't working Saturday.

I would bet a lot of money he was mad about not getting the ball

Instead of standing up for the rest of the team
Classic UT fan. Haven’t won a real championship since 2005 so you have to brag about things like women’s soccer

I’m sure swimming and diving will be next

I can say this in few words: under Kelly the team marginally improved in year 1, but has since stalled. Not the trajectory we expected.

“Marginally improved”
We went from having a losing record to 10 wins and won the SEC West

Based on BK's ability to win big games and prepare, when do you suspect he'll win a natty? I think with the 12 game playoff, it just became more difficult for a coach who can't win big games.

I would say it’s 50/50 he wins a natty here. Best chance will be in 2/3 years… don’t get me wrong though, last night put a huge dent in my opinion of BK’s teams lol

Football
2020: 5-5
2021: 6-7
Start of BK
2022: 10-4 w/ SEC CG appearance
2023: 10-3 w/ Heisman winner
2024: 6-3 w/ at least an outside shot of SEC CG… Great recruiting class coming

Basketball: *CMM Starting with 0 Players*
22/23: 14-19 (2-16 SEC)
23/24: 17-16 (9-9 SEC)
24/25: 2-0 and counting

Both coaches started in AWFUL situations. Objectively they have both done alright so far.
How about we LET IT PLAY OUT… for once

re: Kirk Herbstreit's Dog Ben

Always very sad when a family dog passes. I also like Herbstreit... But he is also talking about his dog like it's a person. "He and I could communicate. We understood each other and had each others backs"

No hate, but just a little odd
