I've been digging up old posts from Reddit and social media and decided to pay these simple Jacks a visit and boy does their mortification continue to intensify.
The top cope was "he's winning with Saban's players" followed by "a good coach doesn't blow a 28 point lead; UGA will annihilate him if they play again." These are people who claimed Kirby would annihilate us and with Saban gone, 6-6 would be the ceiling...
One asshat claimed, "UGA's focus was off due to the storms. Once they were able to refocus, they almost won."
The general consensus was "UGA will win big if they meet again." And let's just say if Bama wins the rematch, they'll toss another absurd claim out there that can't be disproved until some time has passed.
It's like their micro penises permit them from admitting they're wrong about the Deboer hire and Bama's demise just as they were majorly wrong about the Saban hire...
And for the record, these aren't just Georgia fans, they're mostly Auburn and LSU. Many were dick riding UGA.
