Georgia is better in the front 7 and in the secondary, although the defensive weakness for both teams is at the corner position. I call that a UGA advantage because Beck can exploit it better than Milroe.

Bama is better rushing the ball when you include Milroe, who could run 20 times this game if it's working. A healthy Mykel will be vital, and so will defensive discipline and gap integrity.

The entire game boils down to UGA vs the Bama run game. If Bama has to throw more than they want, they will make mistakes, have shorter drives, and allow UGA to leverage their advantage to take the win.

LASTLY: Kirby has a serious advantage when he has time to prepare. This team has been focused on this for 2 weeks, and I expect the most locked in regular season Georgia team we've ever seen.

UGA 30 - Bama 20

GO DAWGS!

Watching film on Bama and looks to me like Wisonsin was way undersized and out manned. Won't be that way Saturday.

that's true. Wisconsin is simply not a very good football team. Alabama hasn't played a team yet that is anywhere close to them roster wise. You could almost kinda sorta say the same thing about us, although clemson is >>>> wisconsin.

Both teams have had some real stinker performances so far. Ours was on the road in an SEC night game and theirs was to USF at home. Don't let that score fool you...if was 14-6 at halftime, 14-13 entering the 4th quarter, and 21-16 with 6 minutes left in the game. And USF has a QB that can barely complete a forward pass.

So, which version of each team shows up? Wtf knows. I'd feel a lot better (or worse) about this game if it were in late October or November. Truth is we really don't know who the "real" version of either one is at this point. And I hate it becuase we could win by 20 or lose by 20 and neither scenario would be shocking.

Oddly think Clemson is a top 6-7 team. I think clemson beats Mich, USC, and likely has a dogfight with Texas.

Early season matchup is a UGA advantage. Take the team with excellent continuity rather than the team that's 3 games into a brand new system on both sides of the ball.

Clemson would get railed by texas. The only reason people are starting to do a 180 on clemson is because of their latest eye popping scores, while ignoring that they've come against app state and NC state, both of which are awful. clemson has played 2 shite teams and 1 legit team and lost by 4 TDs to the legit team. They are fools gold.

They very well may beat USC or michigan, mainly due to thsoe teams not being very good either.

It's a strange time in CFB this year where you ahve abotu 5 or 6 teams that are legit VERY good/great to borderline elite, then a handful or so of kinda decent teams (like USC and michigan), then temas that are actually ranked in the top 25 that suck. Still annoys me we decided to triple the amount of playoff teams but whatever.

Texas hasn't played an SEC team yet. Pump the breaks. Same team list to Washington.

Bulldog beatdown for three quarters.
Milroe and co get hot late with explosive plays and give us a scare but it’s not enough.

I don’t see a lot of scoring in this game and it’s going to be close.

This is kinda where I'm at, too. I think it'll be low scoring with Dawgs on top but the old adage of "you have to score 40 to beat Bama" still rings through my mind.

I think Milroe is trash and, despite all the love he get after last season's SECCG, he really didn't have that impressive of a game.
