Be patient with Freeze

Freeze is a proven coach. Auburn has a great recruiting class and things are going to be ok. We support you Freeze! War Eagle..............Any auburn fan, tell me why Freeze wouldn't deserve at least 3 years before he is considered to be fired. He has only just started to get his players in place. Can't expect to turn it around immediately.

I think he’s going to make Auburn a contender but needs another year or two. I still think something is off with him though. It doesn’t seem like he wants to be there

Auburn needs some coaching continuity really bad at this point. Gus and Harsin recruited very poorly and let the program fall. Harsin only had a year or 2 before he got axed. Auburn really needs to find a guy and stick with him for a while before they change coaches again. The problem is Hugh is dangerously close to letting this season spiral out of control and lose this team. If that happens Auburn is in a huge pickle because they will need to make a change but probably will financially not be able to do so.

His demeanor seems to be fine to me. Losing just sucks.

It could be a combination of age and the losing. He’s just not as fiery and enthusiastic as he was here. But that was almost 10 years ago too

I think auburn can afford to recruit or get a new coach. They're money ahead to spend it on NIL.....But at the same time, if they keep losing, the recruiting is going to suffer anyway.

It already is. They just had one of the best wr recruits in the country at the Arky game and he was asked something like did he see what he wanted during the game. He replied no I didn’t see what I needed to see. So it has started already and will only get worse as the season goes if Freeze can’t turn it around.

Auburn is on their way to another losing season and the recruiting classes the fans keep talking about are going to eventually transfer out.
If Freeze doesn’t land a QB in the portal this offseason get ready for the buyout discussions because he won’t make it much longer.

Character is an issue everyone relates to - and Hugh Freeze' character is pure sh!t. He has the skills to coach but his character and integrity are extremely low. Bad things happen to bad people. Freeze deserves all the bad things coming his way. I would never let one of my kids play for him. I believe that bad baggage will destroy his recruiting classes. Too many past players bad experiences with Freeze will kill his career.

They aren't mutually exclusive but...is freeze the savant to have both at the same time
I think freeze steals a win here and there ( he gave me a lot of heartburn when. Bama played OM hopefully that doesn't translate to DeBoer as well) but he ultimately is the 7 ..9 win coach
