If tweet fails to load, click here. Football is fun to watch, but this goes beyond football. Vol fans are the greatest. Go to another town, raise over $4,000 to buy Sooners gear to only donate it to their local Children’s Hospital.
This is why I love the Vols and our state!

So which one of you pieces of shite down voted a topic about a Vol fan going to Norman, raising money from Vol fans and OU fans and then threw in $1,000 of his own money and then buy all OU gear with it to only take it to a CHILDRENS HOSPITAL?
I guess if I would have posted a link about stealing from a children’s hospital it would be more suitable for this site.

I posted about this yesterday or Wed. Really cool gesture and is what good fans can do separate from any hate one has towards their football team. These are the type things that make college football great.

I guess that guy would be pretty out of touch in today's society, though. He'd have to say something like, "But I say to you, when you give or take any action that could be seen in any way as virtuous, be sure to announce it before all the world, so that all men may see what a virtuous and selfless and totally humble and not at all self-centered person you are. For it is not the deed itself, but the praise that the deed brings upon you, that matters."

The only exceptions I have for this is when publicity is needed to make it happen.
