Has an AC joint sprain in the non-throwing shoulder. Did that happen on the scramble or when the KY player pile-drove him into the ground? He hasn't practiced as of yet.

The scramble. He fell on it awkwardly.

Yeah, I saw that. Wonder if it may have started after that sack and possibly accounted for the throws that were way off

Could be. He looked very hesitant throwing the ball down field in the second half. I couldn't tell if Kentucky was that good in coverage.

Kirby said he has been a full participant each practice this week.

I think it happened on the scramble at end of game

He made a great throw down field late. I think he was told to check down if a play wasn’t there on most series.

That may account for why he looked confused or frustrated while in position to throw so many times. Like he was ready to let it fly, but did a weird little hitch, got happy feet and checked down.

He slides like shite for a former baseball player.

Always looks like it is feet first then changes.

Looked back at my drunken texts from the game. I told someone that it looked like Beck broke his collar bone toward the end of the game. Lol. Guess he really did hurt it.

I'd be frustrated too if we had a big play lined up and 10 guys did their job but my OT or worthless pac12 transfer "blocking TE" whiffed and caused it to fail.

What minute mark? Kentucky didn't register a sack.

No. I get that. Yurosek was a waste of a transfer scholly if we aren’t going to use him as a pass catcher. And both our starting tackles have looked suspect all season so far outside of 2 quarters against Clemson.

Don't be surprised if Stockton or Puglisi get some reps this game.

They are both practicing on specific formation plays out of the play book.

I would not just be surprised, I would be in total and utter shock if we play puglisi against alabama for any reason other than our first 2 QBs going down.

that's not good. I sprained my wrist in June and it still hurts. Those kind of injuries are really nagging and of course it's good it's the non throwing shoulder but you have to lift and move that shoulder to effectively pass. Also looking at the depth chart Rashada is 4th. I'm surprised he wouldn't be 3 but maybe he's not impressing coaches.

I hurt my AC on Tech’s old shitty turf. It still isn’t right to this day. I ended up with bone spurs from it though. I’m sure they are getting much better care now than we did. One of the most painful things is a cortisone shot in your AC joint.

To be on the field, and play for Kirby as a receiver/TE you HAVE to be able to block.. He has whiffed on multiple blocks, multiple times! Missed a few in the Clemson game along with a false start, and he missed on one maybe two against UK! I’m not taking engaged with someone and the beat him, I’m talking goes to engage and the defender side steps him and he completely misses contact!

He has a lot of upside. Good coaching will help fix this hopefully.
