Texas WR Isaiah Bond clocked with fastest speed in college football last Saturday; Arch Manning not far behind...

Wonderful of Alabama to share Mr. Bond with us, with 'Bama's best wishes to its new UT Austin brother for a fun and prosperous inaugural SEC season...

I’m sure you’ll try and he’ll say no just like Saban. Remember that?

Hmm, wouldn't the same thing have applied to Bond?

No

They’re not letting Ryan go. He’s an Alabama kid from a Bama family. Bama will keep him.
Texas tried to get Saban and it was a done deal according to you guys until it wasn’t.
Bama will keep the guys they want.

Old School Tex- you’re the worst poster on the Rant. You have to be 17 or a troll or both.

Alabama may keep him, and maybe they won't. You don't know what an 18 year old kid is going to do.

Maybe, but Williams seems to have embraced his role and has an attachment to Alabama. There is no doubt Bama gives him an NIL big bump this year.

Bond asked Saban for one and was told to frick off. Bond is a talent, but he's not missed at UA. Enjoy your new shiny thing, and hope that it doesn't start half stepping when it looks to the draft.

Old loyalties no longer apply in pro football. Kid went to the highest bidder last cycle & his agent will soon be receiving opening bids for his sophomore campaign.

Bond and Williams are completely different. Bond was a good but not great player on the Bama roster. Alabama’s not getting outbid.
You guys tried to throw money at Saban. It didn’t work. I’m sure you were one of those who knew it was a done deal.

Never said Bama would get outbid. Only that his “home” is who gives him the biggest raise for his sophomore season.

Nope and thought Saban was crazy to seriously consider it given he’s immortal in Alabama. But, Terry desperately wanting out of T-town did help our cause.
