It's a meme unique to TD and tRant jokingly suggesting that the two involved parties meet at a Sonic restaurant to settle their differences in a physical fight. As for why the location is Sonic as opposed to anywhere else, I have no idea.

Ya see, there's this place called sonic that serves fast food but it's both shittier and slower than other fast food places. Sometimes people meet there.

I believe years back one poster on this board (can't remember who) got pretty irate at another poster and challenged them to meet him at the Sonic to check knuckles. He was clearly very serious about it which made the whole thing hilarious. A meme was born that day.
