So Texas 8&4 now becomes Texas 7&5? Not sure it makes any diff in the real world.

I hope this isn't true.

It doesn’t matter. Ags season hinges primarily on Oline play,

Is that the 5 star who was unhappy with usage last season under Jimbo?

Yea you don’t want to lose guys, but RB is a position that usually doesn’t have a big drop off to the next man up. Hope he heals up quick

With this injury, I have serious questions about how the new A&M offense will operate.
Losing RB1 hurts any offense, but in the Klein idea of offense is run-heavy, utilizing multiple backs and the QB. Moss struggled at times last year and more importantly, if they are going run-heavy, he is going to need someone to share the load with.
By losing RB1, does that mean that Weigman is going to get more carries? If so, how does that work with his injury history? Do they just go next man up and then go from there?
Can't wait to start getting real info about the offensive install for A&M and not the current Pravada reporting being dictated by the AD and Texags...
To me the A&M offense this year is what was going to be the deciding factor between 5-7 and 10-2 or anywhere in between. Losing RB1 is going to make the 8.5 over/under interesting....

He was set for an MRI around mid-day on Sunday.

Meh, he wasn't even the starter. RB is their deepest position, and they got Emmitt Smith's kid from Stanford.

That sucks. He's been an impressive running back.

Hurts depth but LeVeon Moss is the starter.

You obviously know nothing about aggie FB. We have three mediocre RBs and this injury won't affect the offense bit. Funny part is I'm not overcompensating its true. RBs is our weakest spot on Offense

This is true, but the issue is that RB is the most likely position to get dinged up throughout the season. Odds are that another back is going to miss some time through the season, when you lose an RB this early it’s an issue. This is the same thing that Texas is dealing with right now. You just hope everyone else stays healthy.

All true. Glad A&M didn't lose RB1.
Don't get me wrong, it will hurt not having him, but he wasn't going to be the first back to hit the field.
