Tough schedule, but they have the talent (AND coaching) to beat Miami, samford, MS st, UCF, tenn, UK, lsu, miss, fsu. The media and teens like Caw have run with the narrative based on the last 2 crappy years not understanding the culture mullen left behind which has been all but cleansed.

I think that Florida will shock the world this year. Chip and the rest of the Disney Gators at the UAA and also the Polk County Citrus Mafia will be vindicated.

We might beat Miami at home but they have more NFL talent than we have. Miami probably has as much talent as most teams in the SEC this year except GA, TX and Bama.

Until such time as we can stop having two fricking players with the same fricking number on the field at the same fricking time or until such time as we can count to actual fricking 11 on special teams I do not believe this will be a 7-5 team.

Their schedule is tough but mostly only on the back half. In theory they should be favored in 5 of the first 7 and 1 of the 2 that they will not be is a team they absolutely own. The back half is a shitshow. I think Roberts will help them, but Napier having absolute scrubs at DC for two years of SEC football is incredible.
Floridas issues are that:
1) Even after 3 years their talent is still young/new to the program due to transfers out
2) Their Oline last year was dogshit we will see if they've figured that out.
3) The unlimited number of coaches on the sideline is a negative for Billy. He takes way too long to decide on plays in the flow of the game. More information won't help that
The QB situation will help them. We will see if Napier can get out of his own way. The admin seems to like him over there so I think he can save his job with 5 wins with the "difficult schedule" despite it being one where he should win the first 7 if he knew what he was doing

You guys had a top 5 nfl pick in Anthony Richardson at QB! And you won 5 games! Dan Mullen was FIRED 1 yr after you lost to Alabamas National Championship Team by 5 pts in the SEC Championship game. The Situation your program is in is because the Athletic Director and the powers that be Screwed up by getting rid of an outstanding coach!
