It’s an experienced group.
Good size.

Could this be the best unit since 2010 or 2013?

Talking potential.
They have experience and size.

I’m trying to be positive.

Not even close. 2017 was better as well.

We may be slightly improved at OL this year but unless they can road grade in 3rd and 4th and short then they will be fairly mediocre as a group.

I’m not sold on Lewis at LT or Wade at LG. Wade was a decent LT but LG is a different beast. Lewis I see nothing to expect a top 3 LT all SEC player.

Most impressive. If our LT goes down we dont have to move the RT, then move the guard out, then bring in another person to replace him.....and the next play the defense brings the house and we lose 15 yards.

We actually have good backups for each position.

Thornton said today that there isn't much drop-off between 1st and 2nd string.

That can be a good and bad thing. Like saying not much difference in your starting QB and your backup. You want your starters to be “better” then you backups. But depth is important.

Will we have a first team all SEC linemen on either side of the football?

I say no unless it’s McLeod. But in our scheme at the Buck he’s considered an OLB

I think Faulk has potential to get 2nd team in the postseason. O-line I don’t see one unless Lew gets it.

2017 OL got EMBARASSED at Clemson early that season, we didn't even have 200 yards of offense. 11 sacks on that night
