Heard it now from a few sources. He wants to watch his kids grow up and be there for them.

I doubt it's his last year, but he has been vocal about not wanting to be a football coach when he hits retirement age.

He's more of an Urban Meyer than a Nick Saban imo. Saban's Napoleon complex is what kept driving him for so long.
