Georgia Bulldogs-SEC winner
Ohio State Buckeyes-Big Ten winner
Arizona Wildcats-Big 12 winner
Clemson Tigers-ACC winner
At-large bid-Texas Longhorns, Oregon Ducks, Ole Miss Rebels, Alabama Crimson Tide, Florida State Seminoles, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and Missouri
Liberty Flames-Conference USA winner
What I am seeing here is that both Notre Dame and Missouri made the list and LSU didn't make the list. Then there is one key I thought is interesting, Liberty Flames more likely to make it and Auburn not likely to make it. This is where Freeze went from Liberty to Auburn. I thought this is interesting, Notre Dame more likely to make it and LSU not likely to make it. Brian Kelly went from Notre Dame to LSU. Will Freeze and Kelly need more time to get the team to make the playoffs in the near future?

CUSA and a shelled out B12 getting a bid makes making the playoffs a joke. Talk about diluting an accomplishment. It’s worthless unless you make the final 4.

2 loss LSU gets in as long as they beat Ole Miss.
FSU and Notre Dame play in November. Both of them are not going to make the playoffs.
A&M will beat the Irish at home to start the season

That's quite a pick. They're expected to finish 5th in the conference from the Big 12 football media preseason poll. What was the author smoking?

I would personally be surprised if there were 5 SEC team and only 2 B1G teams. I think you are much more likely to see 3 teams from each annually, with 4 getting in some years from either or both
I think if you have a 10-2 PSU or Michigan for example they will get in over a 10-2 Mizzou (in the scenario above)

What you are seeing is a meaningless preseason clickbait story.
Of the Ole Miss Missouri and Alabama trio 2 are likely to not be top 15 by the end of the season.

How come Mizzou beat OSU in the last bowl game? If you think Mizzou is bad, then you haven't learned anything from last year's bowl game.

God you are obsessed with LSU. Why can i picture you like Gollium in Lord of the Rings?
He just mad that we went into their stadium and made them realize that they are still Missouri and have no business being ranked that highly

Well how often did the Big 12 get it right when Texas was the favorite to win the Big 12 most years?

Some random sports writers say the one team is gonna make it and one isn’t. Who cares?

Did I post a comment in a story about an LSU CB that got in trouble on here? LSU isn't the only one I am pointing out. There is Freeze and he is at Auburn right now. It isn't just LSU and Brian Kelly. Get real. I am posing what is going on and what others have said about picking Notre Dame and Liberty. The connection is that both teams had former HC that are now in the SEC. One is at Auburn and the other is at LSU. Get the heck out of here if you think it is all LSU and Brian Kelly.

A bowl game isn't the same as a big regular season game or a playoff game.
OSU didn't have their starting QB or the best WR in the country. OSU then lost their second string QB before halftime and had a true frosh who is self-described as a project having to be the man.
I know this is the biggest win in Missouri history, but it wasn't as important as 3-4 regular season games or any playoff game for OSU fans. It's not an unimportant game, but it's kind of a mid-tier level game which in reality ends up being an exhibition

Big 12 is better than the ACC
Also crying because 60% of college football gets to fight over one bid is hilarious. The G5 rep will lose, probably every year, but give me the opportunity to pull for the little guy over the sixth best SEC/Big Ten team any time.

I will be there this season when GA is hosting its first playoff game after the bye in Sanford stadium.
It will be glorious!

Having a bye means you don't host a playoff game
