My guess is Georgia and our former pitching coach. He pitched better at the end of the season in 2023. Who knows?

Hurd will be drafted. He will sign. This is just leverage, Jay undoubtedly told him that he may not have a spot next season.

MLB drafts on potential. There are a lot of busts. He has potential, and if he stays in college for another season he loses whatever leverage he currently has.
