would be great, especially since it's already announced as a night kick.

I've long held the belief that we shoudl wear balck the last home game of every season. That takes all the guesswork or "fake juice" out of the equation for people who care about silly stuff like that. This just feels like it'd be a sitaution tailer made to break out the black jerseys.

No reason not too, it would be lit in the stadium if we did it.

I also like the idea of just wearing black against Tech every year

Gives us one extra day to prep for SECCG

And we play UMass the week before, so it's unlikely they need an extra day to recover and gameplan for Tech. I'm sure Kirby jumped on that opportunity.

well, i was going to anyway, but i guess now i get to watch us beat tech by 30 while doing it.

i personally love this. i live in ohio (boooo, i know), so ohio state-michigan obviously overshadows and there are in-law family and friend events that are actually pretty fun, but im always just watching us on my phone or begging some bartender to put us on the side tv

I like this. Now we get to watch the iron bowl or any of the other big games on Saturday that would of been scheduled simultaneously with the tech beatdown

That being said, wearing black jerseys to sync up with a made up name for a discount retard shopping day can be described in three words….

when is the last time we played Tech on a non-Saturday? I seem to recall we played them either on Thanksgiving or Black Friday in 92. I could be wrong however.

The big fight in 93 was on Thanksgiving. I believe 94/95 may have also been on a non Saturday as well.

You know I was thinking the big fight of 93 was on Thanksgiving day; thanks for validating that. That is the biggest fight I can recall at a Tech-UGA game.
