Florida really downgrading at Cornerbacks Coach. Hiring Beyah Rasool.

They let Corey go for this guy? What a joke hire by Billy. Nobody wants to coach with that dumpster fire.
Previously Rasool has only been an analyst at Arizona for 1 year, Community College for 3 years and HS for 3 years.
Maybe he’s a diamond in the rough. But boy is that rough looking really rough right now for such a storied DB room.

More than likely, the entire staff will be fired next year so I doubt any respectable coach would make a move for one year

They are only now hiring Raymond's replacment?!? They fired him the end of November

They hired a guy to coach “safeties” from Georgia Southern of all places in December. I guess they used him as a place holder

Will Harris is the DB coach.
Corey Raymond was awful btw he headed up the worst DB play I've ever seen as a gator fan in over 25 years of watching

Why haven't the experts put LSU higher up if LSU fans are saying LSU will win more games this coming season? LSU stole Drinkwitz DC and DL coach. Still the experts didn't place LSU higher up over teams like Ole Miss and Mizzou. What is the main reason for that? I would go with the HC. It starts with the HC. Drinkwitz didn't lose any sleep over the FC and DL coach. I am glad LSU overpay those two to get them.

Our DC Austin Arnstrong coaches Safeties, so unless Napier just fired Will Harris, this guy is only bbeing hired as an off field analyst (which is actually what everyone is reporting)

Not even remotely accurate. We hired Will Harris from the San Diego Chargers in December.
The other coaches we hired were Ron Roberts (Auburn's DC) and Gerald Chatman (Tulane's DL Coach).

But the guy they hired to replace Raymond is Will Harris.
He used to pick up coffee for the DB coach in LA for the chargers and used to post IG stories of himself driving Bentleys while listening to Tupac while at UW

Ron Roberts (Auburn's DC) The coach that used just 2 DL players to rush the quarterback on the final play of the game against Alabama.
