Kim is all over the place.
Ultimately, he is thankful that Florida outbid Miami.
He thinks the rashada father is bad news.
He seems to forget that Florida had a deal in place, rashada signed with Florida, and Florida reneged on the deal. Thus the lawsuit.
Kim is too focused on the fact that the rashada family never closed their commitment after the offer from Miami to pay attention to anything that happened afterward.
For what it is worth, rashada went to Arizona State with no NIL deal. And he transferred to UGA with no NIL deal (he is getting collective money and he will get a chance for a big payday if he wins the starting job at UGA in 2025).

“The Korean Cosell!”
(For you youngsters, look up Howard Cosell if you don’t get the reference.)

None of this is accurate.
Rashada signed a deal with The Gator Collective and it's founder/ CEO Eddie Rojas.
The Gator Collective had valid exit clauses hence why Rashada is not suing The Gator Collective or Eddie Rojas.
The lawsuit exists due to it's claim that the 3 parties of the lawsuit, Napier (Coach), Hathcock (Booster), and Castro (Staffer) conspired to defraud Rashada by crafting a fake deal to sneak him away from Miami that they had no intent in fulfilling.

Rashada signed a National Letter of Intent with Florida.
How is that false?

Do you think that the lawsuit implicated Napier, Hathcock, and Castro with influencing Rashada to sign the national letter of intent?
Do you think those 3 impacted him not signing a national letter of intent with Miami?
Do any of them own cell phones?
Do you mind if Rashada's lawyers look at those cell phones?

How is that false?
Florida didn't kick Rashada out, Rashada asked to be released from his NLI and Florida granted his release

Florida quarterback recruit Jaden Rashada requested a release from his national letter of intent Tuesday night after a $13 million name, imagine and likeness deal fell through, a person familiar with the situation said.

Of course, that doesn't constitute fraud. Read the lawsuit. The claim Rashada is making is they knowingly deceived Rashada by inducing him to leave Miami for Florida with the intent of never including him in Florida's team, which would be fraud.

So you agree that Florida signed Rashada, now.

If hathcock, Castro, and Napier lied to rashada in order to coerce his NLI signature (and to not sign elsewhere where the signature was providing significant benefits to Rashada and his family), then that is fraud.
What do you think fraud is?

With the intent of never paying him and his family the benefits that they promised to secure his signature.
You act like Napier promised Rashada to be on the team if Rashada signed the NLI. Hell... that is implied with every team who sends an athlete a NLI to turn it. You act like being on the Florida team is such an attractive draw (Florida boosters offered $10M and Rashada already declined that offer).
Are you stupid or something? Lol

You are confused and conflating 2 different things.
The Gator Collective signed and terminated a $13M contract between the Gator collective and Rashada.
Rashada signed an NlI to the Florida football team and then requested to be released from that NlI.
Are you? Hathcock paid $150,000 to Rashada for him to get out of his contract with Ruiz to attend Miami. Do those sound like the actions of someone who didn’t want Rashada? Changing your mind about something is not fraud.
