Since you guys are geniuses, I’ll spell it out for you. The reference is to the season resulting in being left out of the postseason tourney/bowls, not the recruiting class. The timing of the class isn’t what’s important. Try to keep up, oh salty ones.

Literally zero difference in the situations for the kids that joined the losing team and weren’t there for the championship. In fact, it’s probably actually worse for LSU bag chasers, as they joined expecting the bag and a chance to win. Those joining A&M knew they were taking a risk, while guys like Holman are probably substantially more disappointed in LSU’s ineptitude. Congratulations on being the worst of the 2 situations and missing expectations by far worse than A&M’s team.

When was the last time LSU won 2 out of 3 SEC championships in football?
One recent baseball natty is good, but LSU isn’t exactly known for their “winning ways” as an athletic department unless you include the women’s sports.

Who knows what happens in this transition year but the next 7-10 years ought to be fun. BK won’t last that long after a few more 3+ loss seasons and Kirby might decide NFL is worth a shot.

2024 LSU baseball won a natty?
If you mean that the LSU situation is the orange, as in it was way worse for the kids that chased the bag because they had significant expectations of winning, then I agree with you. Those kids got sold a dream of chasing a natty and ended up with a postseasonless nightmare.
