Will Wade should have a really strong team next season. It’s a crying shame how poorly he was treated by LSU. Ran out of town for nothing!

We just signed up for a home and home with Illinois and yesterday did the same with Purdue. Now, here comes the Mighty McNeese State with that loveable pirate William Wade. It just doesn't get better than that.

I really wonder what the relationship is between those two behind the scenes?
They legitimately seemed to hate each other while Wade was at LSU.
Maybe Oats just wants to hang another L on him while he has a stacked roster?

I think the strongest hate was between Pettway and Armstrong although it never seemed like Oats and Wade cared for each other either.

Watford had a lot to do with it. He was seen as a Bama guy and then left the state. Those games with Watford vs Bama were always chippy.

I will give Oats credit - he will schedule to play any team at any venue. Bama's pre-conference schedule the past few years has been impressive.

Should be fun. Went when lsu won in Coleman which is never easy Avery’s last year I think.
