- I understand your sentiment - ECU is always a fun tailgate - they're probably the most like our fans base of any of the NC schools - lifestyles overlap along both coasts - Pirates are okay by me too -
I have long held that ECU is the school the SEC should've added from NC - the SEC $$$ alone would build their facilities - but they have a fierce allegiance unlike any other NC school especially for football - they are not fair weather -
