What’s funny? Have you seen their schedule?

Alabama A&M
Cal
Vandy
ULM
New Mexico

If they win those games, as they should, they’ll need 3 wins from: Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Missouri, TAMU, UGA, & Bama.

If we get decent Qb play we should win all our home games plus one or two on the road.

Shaping up to be a good season this year if we dont shoot ourselves in the foot

I think we'll make the playoffs but will probably drop a few games. It'll take time to adjust to the SEC even with the talent we have. I'd take the under on our odds but in the playoffs.

If I was a betting man, I might drop $500 on the Under.

If Texas doesn't make the playoff, I can use the $500 I win to buy a TV since I will have surely broken mine..

If Texas makes the playoff, well then I don't have to buy a new TV and I'm a happy camper.

Win/win?

LSU and Bama 9.5
interesting

There might not be a team in the country with a wider uncertainty range than Bama next year.

Its a national championship level roster, but with a totally new offense, a wild card at QB and turnover all over the place.

Throw in an offensive coordinator who is basically new to playcalling and I have zero expectations.

Unders: mizzou

Maybe a 1% chance Mizzou wins 9 or fewer.

I’d go under. Freeze is about to get exposed as the overhyped coach he is.

Unlikely. Easy schedule, better coaching staff, better skill players this year than last. Should be a dramatic improvement, IMO.

Those home games should all be against ranked teams.. maybe all Top 10-15.. add the road losing streak and it may get ugly..

Lol, keep dreaming. LSU hasn't been able to win at Kyle Field since 2016. Notre Dame in the first game of the season? I'll take it. And the idea of Texas being in the top 10 by Week 13 is laughable.

I'll bite that shiny hook.

So why do you believe that Texas will be worse than last year?
I think we have a good chance to improve over last year.

Besides offensive line, where is the weakness?
