What a loser attitude. Don’t play in another conference

Oh Jesus. Did he actually say that? Jay is definitely gone in LSU after next year. That is not a winning mentality and simply a coach trying to make himself look good.....but that stuff backfires when it comes out of your own mouth.
LSU fans cannot like that crap. I sure wouldn't want any coach of mine doing it. Reminds me of some of the Jimbo excuses that he would ramble on about. It was NEVER an issue about coaching, right Jay?

I don’t care for what he said but this:
Is sad. This is long forgotten after winning the title last year. Keep holding on to this USCe fans.

What a total lack of awareness. Out of conference Auburn is 18-4. Yes, 3-18 in the SEC Auburn. Georgia is 22-1 out of conference. Yes, Georgia who is below .500 in SEC play.
But to test his hypothesis we should send LSU to the ACC. The ACC currently has 3 top ten teams. But sure Jay, LSU would be in first place there.

Worry about A&M actually doing something. Win something then come talk about how long a national championship winning coach has….

Lsu's OOC SOS is 157th, OOC RPI is 29th.
OOC
Q1: 0-0
Q2: 5-1
Q3: 3-0
Q4: 14-2
The remaining OOC game is RPI 182 Northwestern State.
This is such a weak arse statement. Full on "champion of life" vibes.

An LSU fan put it best, at the time this was posted on the rant, "Aren't we 0-1 in the SWAC right now?"

Maybe I am looking at this the wrong way. Maybe he's speaking the the selection committee. Doing all he can to be the first 12-18 team in.

He is. Knows that LSU needs everything possible at this point to make a regional and is speaking directly to the committee. Pathetic little elf

We have a bunch of anonymous internet posters who feel like they know more about winning than a literal National Championship winning coach.
Many of them have never witnessed their favorite program even play for a championship.
I love this board.

Don't take it from here, sidewalk. Take it directly from your own board. This is a highly entertaining thread

I'd say the same thing to them.
The idea that an average fan knows more about a "winning mindset" than a literal championship winning head coach is laughable, at best.

In baseball more than other sports, the saying “you are as good as your last performance” rings true more often than not. Baseball streaks can start any day. LSU will be extremely motivated to play A&M after run-ruling Grambling 26-2.

LSU would be extremely motivated no matter what. This is the only other series I think A&M could lose this year ... if LSU is going to make ANY kind of push for the postseason they NEED this series.

I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Pitching can go off the rails at any moment and this team is simply unclutch.
