Getting close to the point where I’m ready for Arkansas to lose a series or two…need to get rid of the #1 bad ju-ju sooner rather than later.

UofSC vs A&M - the battle of the base on balls. The cocks lead the nation with 219 and the Ags are #2 with 212. However, A&M has only given up 89 free passes while the Carolina has given up 106. Get ready to watch some pitches.

FWIW, I have never been so triggered and envious as when we played A&M a couple of years ago and I had to watch you guys step out of the box and stare at your bat after every pitch. It's like playing with a slow golfer for me, my game goes to shite.

Had to be extra careful with the bats because the pitching wasn't there. I watch every game every season. Once I picked up on seeing it frustrate opponents, it became entertaining. Similar to the way fast offenses worked over Saban in the early 2010s.
But man, those were some long games.
I do have to admit the pitch clock has helped, especially with the MLB. The game pace in the MLB is back to where it is watchable and there are a ton of young stars in the MLB.

It was the unstoppable force vs the immovable object because Sully has our pitchers throwing and going. We have been accused of quick pitching folks on more than 1 occasion.

Uhhh, no shite. It’s part of the game. He routinely calls timeouts after we get into 2 quick outs so our pitcher doesn’t have to come right back out.
