Man, this conference is no joke this season. As great as it always is, I can't remember this much parity, ever.
I think it'll just get better next season with both OU and tu coming in.

I suspect some shuffling from teams 2-6

LSU and Auburn are pretty dang good teams and it's crazy that their records don't show it.

I’m happy where State is considering we started SEC play with 3 top 10 ranked teams in a row

LSU and Auburn aren’t bad teams at all. I’m thinking at the end of the year 3-6 are teams compiled of 13-15 win teams.
I haven’t jumped into each teams schedule, but looking at Auburn they’ve got Alabama, Missouri, Ole Miss, State, and Kentucky that should present some chances of series wins.
Will be interesting to see how it all shakes out. Definitely some good teams will be on the outside looking in.

It really puts it into perspective when you consider there's a high likelihood every one of those teams will be playing in regionals.

This. The last two Arkansas series are evidence enough of that.
Auburn was a play away from winning the series with us.
LSU went to extras in game 2 and was a foul ball away from hitting the go ahead homer in game 3.
That’s baseball, Suzyn.

Despite the schedule being tough, a 2-7 record is unacceptable.

LSU has the craziest schedule the first 5 weeks of SEC play. Couple that with them having a newish team is just a nightmare situation for them. They will improve as the season goes and be in a regional probably. They've been very competitive in all but 2 SEC games. Three of their SEC losses have been flukey.. Will be a tough season for them, but theyll be better next year bc of it. A lot of young players getting thrown to the wolves.

As I told some Aggie supporters…that were bragging about the winning streak a couple of weeks ago..stfu…this conference is strong top to bottom. Baseball is a long haul thing. The talent is strong conference wide. LSU and Auburn would be at the top of any other conference in the NCAA. It’s going to come down to who gets hot at the end.
