Fast as hell... but 165 pounds? My word, that feels... fragile.

That’s blazing fast.

Also, Brian Thomas Jr ran 4.33 at 6’4” 205+. You know, the nation’s leader in TD receptions last year? Now THAT dude is a franchise WR.

The fact he posted the fastest time at the Combine on his first run, a 4.25, and came back to even run a second time, tells you something about his character as compared to some of the others that won't even run, at the NFL Combine.

BTW, Desean Jackson played 16 seasons in the NFL at 5-10 175. Xavier Worthy measured 5’11 165.

The fastest WR at the Combine;
Xavier Worthy 4.21, Texas
Brian Thomas 4.33, LSU
Adonai Mitchell 4.34, Texas

Mahomes liked it.

That speed didn't help tx when they only needed 1 yard in 4 tries vs OU.

Meh, I would put Alexander Wright from Auburn against him any day.

Rooting for the kid. He’s lightning fast and regularly ran away from coverage.

NFL is bigger, faster, stronger and finds a way to grind down players.

165 is really really light but honestly the biggest thumpers he will see are going to be safeties and they may be too slow to really pop him. I think his biggest concern will be those first five yards where the corners can affect his routes.
