I don't want to turn this thread political, but frick this administration and their incompetence in regards to illegal migration.

Why are you not calling out the republicans who refuses to pass a bill....THEIR BILL! Stop putting someone's death on a political party when you have no idea how long the killer has been in this country. Maybe you should push your local state representative to pass a border bill and represent the people.

You're obviously emotional and I know I'm wasting my breath but regardless...

Biden doesn't need Congress to pass anything new. He can enforce the current laws. He knows that, you should know that too.

We do know he crossed the border illegally in 2022 and was released due to overcrowding. He was arrested 5 months ago in New York and released on bail. He probably isn't in Athens if Athens isn't a sanctuary city.

There were several moments in the past two years that could have resulted in this guy either in jail or out of the country, yet liberal policy at the border, in New York, and in Athens allowed him the opportunity to murder that poor girl. It should open some eyes, but it probably won't

A bill that legalized 5000 illegal immigrants a day? frick that.

The Republicans also pass HR2 back in 2021. A real bill to fund the border. And every Democrat responded back then saying "we don't have a border crisis".

You mother fricking hypocrites. frick the partisan bullshite one upsmanship and own this mess. It will be Bidens legacy.

We know exactly when he came in and where. El Paso, TX crossing in 2022. They let him go with administrative hearing at a later date, which he gave the address for a youth facility in New York, where he later was arrested for injury a minor...

As for the recent law, that was 1200 pages of bullshite. The only law I will support is a 100% increase in budget for the border to be allocated to wall, detention, agents and detection devices, with no stipulations about letting a minimum number in. I dont want it tied to Ukraine, Israel or Illegals. I want more funding for the border and then enforce the LAWS already on the books.

I’m a little late to this party, but this is probably the absolute stupidest post I’ve seen in the history of this board.

We know exactly how long he'd been in the country. He was apprehended by BPS on Sept. 8, 2022.

Fun fact: This was 3 months after the expiration of the 18 month conditional deportation moratorium that was signed by Trump on Jan. 19, 2021 which was LIMITED to Venezuelans who were LEGALLY seeking asylum and had filed the proper documentation. Ibarra was not one of these, and even if he had been, it was 90 days beyond the sunset of the pause.

That Ibarra was arrested in NYC a year later for child endangerment and driving without a license only adds to the fact that this piece of shite was... a piece of shite.
