I hate that it went down this way but when he came back last year he would only do home games which might have been an issue.

It’s just business, I guess. A change was going to have to be made at some in the next year or so. Eli is a legend, but it’s also fair to say that he’s declined quite a bit as a play-by-play guy. Just a tough situation.

If ture that is frickED UP. Didn't he have some health issues though? I would bet that it was a mutual decision at worst...can't imagine Alabama just up and letting him go.
