Ok but if we are really being fair you also have to mention that Pete has over 700 more career shot attempts and a much lower FG% than Clark
There’s a reason Pete has the record. His teammates let him shoot 40 shots per game.

Let us not forget a women's basketball is smaller and lighter than the men's ball.
If women played with a regular men's ball 20% of made shots would miss otherwise.
