The Collective Association

If you want to know what I believe is at the root of the NCAA/Tennessee/Spyre Sports fight, do a quick search for the collective association. It appears that the TCA was spearheaded by Spyre to become a group of collectives from different schools to bring about a revenue sharing model into collegiate athletics. I am sure this has really rubbed the NCAA the wrong way and they are hell bent on punishing UT for their collective doing this. LINK

So Tennessee is a cesspool of socialists.

Mizzou’s NIL collective is a member of the TCA as well.

There are some flaws in the explanation that the article tries to convey.
Coaches can't arbitrarily discuss comparable benefits from NIL on official or unofficial visits. The collectives have to sit down and explain what is available from known sponsors at their respective off-campus locations, but can't be involved with the recruitment process.
Based on the Spyre response, Tennessee went ahead and took advantage of transportation that a sponsor arranged for. In other words, NCAA recruitment rules were infringed upon.
From my point of view it will depend upon what the university knew and when did they know what was going on. If some of the staff knew, UT is simply busted.

Can you explain where UGA players got their vehicles and fancy gifts from?
That what I thought?
You and other UGA fans can't answer this question because you guys have been virtually exposed.
The staff knew? Once again Spyre is independent from the university. Therefore, they can do business with their client however they want.
You guys better STFU before the state of Tennessee sues the state of Georgia for defamation. Your university president has seriously effed up BIG TIME! He is a state employee so the state is held liable for his actions.

You really are this fricking stupid, aren't you? Clawson and his crew may own Spyre, but they're still Tennessee alums and boosters, and schools are still responsible for what boosters do. You're fricking retarded if you can't grasp that.

Maybe, but UGA isn’t the school being investigated.
You can argue disparate treatment so to speak but that doesn’t make right Tennessee’s alleged wrong doing. That is, if in fact a violation occurred.

Don’t they want rules or not…very confusing.

Kirby was using Mimms to bait Florida. Plus Mr Morehead from Georgia University is on The NCAA board. Don’t you find funny that they are going after Tennessee Florida.

It doesn't matter. If Spyre flew him to Knoxville or nearby, and then Nico decided I'm going to go hang out at the university while I'm here regardless of who knew about it, that's a violation. It's stupid and screwy, but that's how the NCAA operates.

Only except those states can hit Georgia with a lawsuit because their university president is a state employee, thus that makes the state liable for his actions.

Here's my advice:
STFU before Alabama goes after your state.
STFU before Alabama goes after your state.

Just keep making you and your fanbase so exposed because can't even explain the cars, the diamonds and the money to players.

Just keep melting because your team and your fanbase have been exposed.
