You should read up on him from Washington day. He handles lot of things... Similar to Sal Sunersi from few years ago.

As of 2 hours ago, he and Coach Linguist were on the plane headed to see recruits.

It's literally just another name for "Director of Player Personnel." Every team has one. For some odd reason, they made up a title of "General Manager."

There will still be some road bumps in the short term but things are really starting to come together for us.
