Where do you see your program finishing at next season?

I would imagine a lot of teams should be able to take advantage of this, so your expectations for your program in 2024 should be a bit higher than what they were just a month ago.

These teams in theory should improve:

Maybe:

A&M
Tennessee
Mizzou

Definitely:

Georgia (but not by much, they're already an elite program)
LSU
Ole Miss

I have Auburn on the border of maybe and definitely.

What record do you see your team in '24?

No worse than 10-2.

Sorry, M4H, are you a Georgia or Auburn fan perhaps?

Pro football = parity. So, almost all should expect to finish 8-4 given a couple of rent a wins and 5-3 or 4-4 in conference play. Good years will tick up a couple. Bad down a few.

Georgia just doesn't have to deal with the only guy who had their number. It should be open season on all of CFB for them.

You don't think any program will emerge or benefit hugely from this downturn for Bama?

Teams can get the 5&4*'s but can they can coach them up?

Interesting take. So every team should benefit and surpass the Tide? I mean besides the obvious ones.

I’m not sure LSU is out of the woods from their roster destruction a couple years ago.

Winning the west in year one was amazing. And Daniels/Nabors and those guys going GOD mode on offense this year was unbelievably impressive and fun to watch.

But imo, both are potentially masking what might be issues moving forward.

Certainly lacking at DT at the moment.

LMAO!!!!

Because they don’t lose their Heisman winning QB and 2 first round receivers.

Troll.

Agree somewhat with this.

Nuss is probably what Kelly wants in a QB and maybe they clean up their defense. If so, they should make the playoffs at 10-2.

LSU should finish higher than Bama. I do wonder if they can beat Ole Miss though.

I'm honestly surprised there's not a lot more confidence right now

Correct. Kelly has some work to do in the portal at DT and CB.

absolutely not. The Tide will still be better than 90% of the country, I'm just saying that UGA benefits the most from Saban retiring because now there isn't anyone in Kirby's way who can stop him. Unless he just craps the bed but we've all seen what Kirby can do without the GOAT in his path.

Some teams will immediately benefit from transfers/flips. We’ve filled holes with the addition of talent leaving Tuscaloosa. That said, market forces will ensure there’s no long-term winner.

Anyone that will benefit enough to surpass Bama on record?

I really think Ole Miss does. LSU should and probably Auburn should.

Don’t start the excuses now. Kelly took over LSU with 39 scholarships and won the west (also beat Bama lol) in year 1. Kelly is a terrible coach according to this site , so I expect the same results from DaBoooer!
