Huge.

Co-DC and Safeties coach. Muschamp likely moving back to analyst.

Thanks Saban. Hope he brings Caleb Downs with him.

I wonder what the deal is with Muschamp….I always thought getting him and Bobo into the coordinator roles was a way to lock those positions down with guys that weren’t likely to leave.

Gotta be more to the story for Muschamp. Doesn’t want the hours? Wants to enjoy his Florida and UsCe money??

What year is his kid??

Great hire, very good coach and recruiter, Muschamp is only around because of Kirby, they are like brothers. He really wants to retire and enjoy his life.

He said it’s to spend more time on family. Jackson will be RSo. I think. The other one is on scholarship now at Vanderbilt if I’m not mistaken.

Exactly. Muschamp, Bobo, and Kirby are all best friends. They were all in each other's weddings. That tells you how close they are.

Coaching positions are still moving around so we need to keep an eye on Schumann. This could be a tell that something is about to change.

Seen on the Bama board talking about them losing TRob:

I don't think Schumann is making a lateral move.

Not sure why Schuman would leave this season, GA just became the best D coordinator job in the business

It looks like Muschamp wants to watch his younger son playing at Vanderbilt more this season. At least he will still be an analyst
