How is Brian Kelly still coaching?

Is all this true? I find it amazing he lasted more than a couple years at ND. What an awfully long leash for a guy without a top 6 bowl win.
Student dies on scissor lift videotaping practice after expressing concern for his safety. BK keeps practice going after incident then claims having a productive practice was the priority. The lift failed at double the international standard and a pre-school kid can read a wind sock. The winds were forecasted and identical winds were deemed unsafe just a day earlier.
Student commits suicide after alleging sexual assault by ND football player. She was threatened before and after reporting said incident. Player had displayed well-documented violence before enrolling at ND. BK helps secure a powerful attorney who goes on to slander the victim. Player receives no punishment. Player is waived after NFL rookie season for kicking a small dog(Yorkie) to death.
BK’s best season is vacated due to widespread academic dishonesty involving multiple players and staff members.

I have no idea on the first 2 things you wrote about, but I can say we are way past an academic scandal getting any traction. The execute players thing was a funny line going into halftime when his team was getting dragged. It is a colossal reach to say that is something to hold against him.

He’s already got as many wins against top 10 teams at LSU than he had his entire time at Notre Dame

Brian Kelly is the most consistent coach in college football. That is a good thing. And a bad thing. He won’t ever have a “the wheels fall off” season. Nether will he ever have a transcendent type season like 2019 that LSU fans will talk about for years. He will just be there with his 9 or 10 wins. So close, yet so far. It will always be “just wait till next year” with Kelly at LSU.

He did all you can do at Notre Dame
His first 2 years at LSU are miles better than his first 2 in South Bend
He also has a better record here through 27 games than Saban did.
