I look forward to him beating Bama regularly and directing all that boisterous energy they hate into trolling and making fun of them. It’s going to be humiliating.

I think Kiffin likes it In Oxford. He’s another coach that has it pretty good and the fan base love him. Huge mistake if he leaves. I could see him going back to the NFL as soon as his kids get out of school though.

I scrolled through this thread, and I noticed that there were several posters who said Kiffin had never won anything.
For the record, I checked his coaching record and saw that he had won two Conference USA championships in three years at Florida Atlantic.
Over the years, as an observer of college football, I have noticed that good/great coaches can and do win at every level.
He took over an Ole Miss program that Huge Freeze got on probation, which resulted in Matt Luke being unable to keep his head above water.
The record book shows he has built Ole Miss from that into a 10-win floor program. With NIL, the portal and the retirement of the best college coach in history, there is no reason he can't win at Ole Miss with SEC-level expectations.
2024 will mark the beginning of a new era in college football. It will be hard for any team to create a dynasty with all the changes in the game. I can hardly wait for the fall to see how such programs as 'Bama, Georgia, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Missouri and LSU perform in the post-Saban era.

As long as he doesn't go full Mike Price before the ink is dry it's all good. Just how much tail is there for Joey to chase in Tuscy?

I’m going to go ahead and say that Kiffin to Alabama is not going to happen. Different if he was married.
Sorta wish he was married. I like him and it would be fun to watch.

Is there a contest underway to see who can start the stupidest thread? I must have missed that PM.

I’ve enjoyed the heck out of the guy since he got to Oxford. Not just the winning. But all this talk of him and women. I know envy when I hear it.
The guy has suffered enough public humility to bring him down to earth. And all of you are right. He isn’t good enough for Alabama or A&M or others. He fits right in down in Oxford.

He seems to be one of Chicken’s Alabama alters.
