1. Rees studies a lot of film, of this team and other more imaginative offenses and schemes to Milroe’s limitations. It’s time to acknowledge there are some things Milroe cannot do and work with that.

2. Wolford needs to become the hardest working O line coach in America. It’s inexcusable to have all these 4-5 star players and be this erratic. He needs to start earning his salary. And for God’s sake, find someone who can snap the damn ball!!!

3. Milroe-needs to self improve and work closely with Rees. He desperately needs to work on that internal clock to either get rid of the ball or take off running. There were way, way too many times this season he was sacked because he simply held on too long.

4. Better blocking by the TEs. Other than Ouzts, Niblack and Dippre were TERRIBLE. If they can’t won’t do better, get some of the other guys in there.

5. I think people are going to be stunned at how much more productivity we’ll see from the RB position. Miller and Haynes are going to do great things.

6. The competition in the secondary this Spring is going to be fierce. A lot of jobs open. Need to work on coverages, had way too many busted coverages yesterday.

Milroe is not guaranteed anything in terms of being the starter next season. He played like shite yesterday and ran his mouth in the press conference about BOB. These guys are getting paid like professionals and they should be treated like that. If they don’t perform then they lose their jobs like any professional would.

He needs to become unemployed. These aren't new issues. The OL is where you need a real coach and developer. Other position groups can have a coach that's adequate, but a great recruiter. Not the OL.

QB competition should be wide open in the spring...but won't be unfortunately.

Is there any amount of money we can offer Stoutland to get him back?

JMO but Nick Saban is the one person that needs to evaluate his thinking. The coaches of other teams understand his defensive scheme as well as he does and they are attacking his scheme with success. (see AU).

Last I noticed Nick talking with our center after one of the bad snaps and the center just keep on walking as Nick was trying to understand what happened. I guess that is just another example of today's youth.

Start here.

QB competition starts over at the beginning. Matt the best man win.

If we could find a good replacement to OC, then let Rees go. Rees needs to become educated on how to use a mobile QB and how to scheme against an aggressive defense.

Strength and conditioning seemed much better this year. We didn't really have that injury bug too much this year.

He just had arguably his best coaching job at Bama. Winning the SEC and making the playoff with this team was incredible.

Rees isn't going to fix the IQ of 4. Only option is to raise the talent level at the other 10 positions.

If Rees can't coach and improve the IQ, then he isn't much of a coach. That's why he's paid to be here. We won with Jake Coker...

The whole offensive staff needs overhauled outside of the RB coach, but that’s not going to happen.

There are some basic fundamentals that need to improve. The OL blocking and overall communication was sporadic at best, and sometimes was poor. We played a really good team in Michigan, and they thoroughly confused our OL. Michigan is especially very well coached.

Rees got more out of Milroe than I thought he would, but Rees has to grow as an OC and, bottom line, get better. I don’t understand his tendency to move away from what is working, to try something different. Milroe has to increase greatly his pocket presence and ability to understand what the defense is doing scheme wise. This was perhaps my greatest frustration with him. Milroe has really good straight line speed, but very little evasiveness. When anyone came through the line, he seldom saw it coming, and went right down, usually for a large loss. I believe we set the record this year for times our QB was sacked. Our QB competition should be open.

Defensively, our ILBs have to get better at staying in their lanes to stop the run, and get a lot better at pass coverage. Michigan exposed these weaknesses that Auburn initially exposed. Misdirection is our ILB kryptonite. We just aren’t able to stop the run or pass rush on a consistent basis. We can stop the run like we did against GA, and then be totally lost like we were against AU. I realize Michigan’s line had a lot to do with our lack of pass rush. Our secondary had too many busts this year. Those busts against Michigan really hurt us.

We overachiever this year, in my opinion, due to the limitations we had. Here’s to hoping that we can improve as a team even more next year.

I get why everyone wants an open competition at QB, but I just don’t see it happening. I think Milroe is going to be the guy, good or bad, unless he is injured or something.

Certainly feels that way. Guy is going to regress further, playing scared with Sayin on his heels.
