Lewis filed lawsuits against LSU and several high-ranking university officials in April 2021. She alleged LSU leaders conspired to cover up Title IX complaints in the athletics department to protect coaches and star athletes.
quote:
Lewis alleges she was retaliated against after reporting sexual misconduct complaints by two female students against Les Miles when he was head football coach. Lewis contends she was wrongfully terminated in early 2022 after enduring 10 years of hostility, a situation she blames on the LSU Board of Supervisors. She’s seeking $50 million in damages.

Lewis’ long-awaited legal showdown with LSU is slated to last into next week, with high-profile figures such as Kelly, university President William F. Tate IV and former LSU Athletic Director Joe Alleva listed as potential witnesses in the case.

Nikole Jessie, a former student worker in the football team’s recruiting office, sobbed on the stand Monday while recounting a fall 2012 incident involving assistant coach Frank Wilson, who she said forcibly kissed her during a meeting in the player personnel office.

In a claim added to her complaint in nearly a year after she originally filed suit, Lewis alleges Wilson walked into her office and closed the door in 2013, exposed himself and asked her to touch his genitals. Lewis said she reported the incident to her supervisor, Verge Ausberry, and to Miriam Segar, a senior associate athletic director who served as an intermediary handling Title IX reports for the athletics department.

Title IX is no longer relevant now that biological men are allowed to compete in women's sports.

I’m not following a blind link.
Second, you thought you had cleverly baited the hook by bringing in UGA. Thing is, while I’m fond of my alma mater, and got a good education there, I’m also not self-deluded enough to think it’s in the same orbit as Berkeley, UVA, GT, Texas, Michigan, etc.
Yet YOU went STRAIGHT to UGA to “prove” your assertion about TAMU.
LMAO.
