Not turning it down at the jump is the same as accepting.

It's their right, I suppose, but just how long are they going to let it drag on before they decide whether or not they're taking their ball and going home?

When they're a member of a conference they sure as hell do. The ACC will sue their socks off if they try to skip out on this game.

And the SEC certainly has no obligation to offer FSU (again!!) an invitation to join the SEC.
