In eight years at Florida State, Fisher had a 83–23 record, a 2013 BCS national championship, three ACC conference championships, four Atlantic Division titles (three outright, one shared), four AP Poll top 10 finishes, and four bowl game victories. His .783 winning percentage is the highest in FSU history.

Why not give the guy another year? He had major injury problems this year, Recruited at a high level and his teams we're always competitive

Jumbo’s personal life killed him at Fla St and Aggie.
The man is irreparably affected. I have some compassion in that he’s been wronged by a damn woman, but with the money pile he landed in he should never be depressed again.

Did you know Elko was at Texas A&M 2 years ago? He took the Duke job to get some HC experience and then the Texas A&M job open up and with his time there and being familiar with that place was a good wise choice. Jimbo didn't care about winning a championship or getting the team to be a top 10 team.

In jumbo’s defense, he has lost his top two qbs in the last couple of years

No team can get in the playoffs when dealt with that hand
