Again you're an idiot if you think you should only handle a situation one way.
Saban isn't which is why he knew when to protect them and when to put fire behind them.
It's just hilarious to me the fans here think they are more emotionally invested or actually support these guys when we basically only do when they are doing very very well.

Saban must take courses in psychology. He seems to figure things out with the changing generations pretty quickly

In his interviews he actually has stated he has a therapist on retainer that he speaks to weekly and uses as a reference in how he manages the team.
