I was just looking at this as well as our defensive numbers.
We will by far be the most difficult defense UGA has faced, and our numbers should skyrocket against Chattanooga and Auburn defensively and offensively.
Our offensive line is the key to it all though. They have turned a 180 and look amazing compared to the first half of the season.

I think the bye week came at the perfect time for Rees to open up the playbook. The second half of the Tennessee game was desperation combined with great defense. Since the bye, it’s actually been a combo of the right play calls and execution, with great defense.

Auburn is arguably the best road defense we’ve played. If we go out and score in the mid-30s then I’ll consider Georgia a 50/50 game

I agree, but this team is shining with confidence right now, and Auburn has played washed up teams lately at home.
Vandy is Vandy, and Arkansas has given up.
I think we punch them in the mouth. They also don’t have consistent QB play and our secondary is improving weekly.

This with only 2 of our signature deep ball completions

Pretty sure they are....
I think it will be the best secondary Bama has faced.
It would look good to get a lopsided victory over them as far as playoffs go, but I'll be just as happy to have a 1 point win!
I HATE that stadium!!!

I hope you're right but I've seen too many iron bowls myself that are closer than they should be. That stadium is pure EVIL!! This will be their Super Bowl and they have a chance to keep us out of the playoffs...that place will be rocking so we need to take them out early.
Oh, and that qb of theirs will probably play his best game...lol

I figured we were top ten, but #1 is crazy.
Jaeden Roberts deserves major credit for solidifying our interior OL play, but Milroe running has basically been a cheat code.
We were explosive with no consistency before, now we can convert 3rd and long and put together 8 play drives.

Upvoted everyone. Agree with everything said except for the one guy giving Auburn too much credit. You’re all got dang geniuses. Our offense is on fire right now and it’s a fun time to be alive

Texas A&M is a better defense. Secondary is sus but their front is elite. I'd give the nod to the Aggies.
Auburn is playing well but offensively Thorne is an interception waiting to happen and I don't think they can run the ball on us.

I don't think how well we play at JHS will have much bearing on how the UGA game will go. See 2021.

It’s more that another great offensive performance caps a month+ of good play. Against a good defense on the road no less

Auburn and Kentucky have similar defensive numbers. Auburn is probably a little better, but not to a huge degree.

SoG, you know, I think Tennessee was a turning point for the 2015 offense too. Just to circle back to a theme around these parts.
