Ummm unfortunately genius there’s lots of Bama fans in Lefayette area. Bandwagons of course like a lot on here who just hate LSU because UL will never be LSU. You know the school where Sunbelt Billy Napier came from? Yea so don’t let the Cajun name fool you. It’s more likely he’s a bandwagon gump than an LSU fab. Either way ANY ref can be bought! Iu morons act like a ref has never been to prison for taking bribes!

Some Ole Miss writer and podcaster? Couldn't you find a more more unbiased source like TBob or Moscona?

They should all be vetted constantly. The lure of gambling is a constant, so the the checks on it should be constant. Gambling is just too easy these days.

Haha!

Dean Waite said this :

On Monday, Dean Waite, an SEC official from 2008-10, joined me on “The Opening Kickoff” on WNSP-FM 105.5 doesn’t agree.

“It looks terrible, let me say that,” Waite said. “It looked awful.

“I think what saved him from targeting was when you slow that thing down his facemask goes into the center of Daniel’s chest, OK? That was where the initial contact was. It wasn’t to the head or neck area. It was in the center of the chest.

“Now, we had some ancillary when they landed because the helmet had hit him under the chin. As bad as it looked, the initial contact was the facemask in the center of the chest, which is why I think they didn’t call targeting.”

The way in which Turner tackled Daniels, Waite said, is what brought on the roughing penalty

WHat LSU fans are missing is Turner did get called for roughing. Its not like they turned a blind eye to the hit. They just didn't think it was targeting in the heat of the moment. It was just a fast judgment call that still wouldn't have changed the outcome of the game.

Look around college football this year. This is without any doubt one of the worst dirty, illegal hits made this year.

an just coincidentally (?, yeah right) against the best player on the field

saban, little sawed off prick he is, should be removed from the game he has killed by his cheating and this sort of FILTH

What unadulterated bullshite

If his facemask hit his chest where does that put the top of his helmet?

You know the part that was trying to make a PEZ dispenser flying rapidly backwards out of the person saban asked him to take out of the game?

People as stupid as that one I just quoted are not helping the little sawed off prick get away with his bounty hit on the best player on the field.

You think last weekend was bad? The refs are going to break it off in the rebels arse this week. No way they let georgia lose.

For missing the targeting calls on Jam Miller and Jalen Milroe?

I agree.

At this point it'd be comforting if a HUGE gambling scandal was exposed and every one of the incompetent bastards was implicated in it because the alternative is they are either homers OR they are merely really, really, really bad at officiating football games. You could clean up gambling. Can't clean up homerism or stupidity.

Meh, I don't buy that completely. having your starting QB out with 11 minutes left completely changed the game. Could they have won, sure, would they...don't know.

JD5 was in the heisman watch, it's bullshite what a player with a track record of dirty play did without the proper repercussion. That's once again on the REC protecting Saban.

Isn't that what Reverend Freeze does to clean up after his Christian Escorts visit ? Maybe just dry off their wet tee shirts after the pond Baptisms ?

Im' so tired of people disparaging these honorable refs. When they were at my Bahamas estate this summer all they talked about was being fair and just.
