There was nothing is Sam Pittman's resume that said that he'd make a good SEC coach

Drinkwitz only got 1 year of HC experience at Appalachian State.

Drinkiwitz has yet to have a winning season, what’s your point?

He is bittered that his team isn't better after three years. Now he is wondering what to do about this? I am trying to make him feel better by saying Drinkwitz only had 1 year HC experience before getting the Mizzou HC job. Might take more time to turn it around. Look at Kentucky with Stoops. It is possible.

That is my point! We are in it together! Look at Stoops at Kentucky. He had all da time to build it the right way. slowly getting it set.

Pittman ran into the same buzzsaw that bama will run into this weekend.

Have more patience with him. He is a good coach.

Let’s see, we went from 1 sec win in 3 previous seasons to 3 then in year 2 the team went 9-4 with a bowl win over penn st, then year 3, hampered by injuries, went 7-6 with a win over a team someone else backed out of from fear.

This year is rough right now due to changes but the losses have come against good competition.

We have our usual disgruntled fans, hell I’ve seen some who wanted Muss and Van Horn fired, but don’t believe we all are quitters.

Sam has made the program much stronger and if given time I’d like to see how far he can take it.

To say the program isn’t better is, well to be polite, ill informed.

Some Arkansas fans are frustrated by the outcome of some games so far this season and some even wanted Sam fired.

It’s a business, nobody wishes Sam evil. If you made millions and aren’t performing you’d get shitcanned too.

Pitt needs to learn faster. His in-game decisions haven't improved at all from his first season.

He was never intended to be a long term hire. He was hired to stop the bleeding. He did that for awhile, now he's regressing, big time.

The only way he'll save his job this year is if he gets the Hogs bowl eligible, but I don't see three more wins on the Hog's schedule, let alone two.

He'll be gone right after Thanksgiving this year.

If he goes winless in the SEC then yes he could be fired.

His knowledge is limited and so don't expect any improved decision making.

Sam doesn't have to try, he can let it all collapse and still get all his money. He has all the leverage.

When you get paid that much money, you really don't need to get stressed about it.

Sam peaked in his second year.

You got Pittman because no one wanted that job. Where is all that Wal-Mart money for recruits? It's almost as if Wal-Mart has shite pay.
